WEST MIDDLESEX, PENN. DATE, March 2005 — AutoSoft continues to enhance its dealership management system (DMS) with the announced integration with DealerTrack. This integration allows the more than 20,000 users of DealerTrack to implement the AutoSoft DMS as their system of choice.

Furthermore, AutoSoft DMS users will now be able to electronically access the more than 140 financing sources doing business with auto dealerships through integration with DealerTrack. These finance sources include the 20 largest independent automotive financing sources in the U.S. plus eight captive financing sources.

The DealerTrack integration with the AutoSoft DMS eliminates double-entry of data in the F&I office. Now deal and finance information are sent seamlessly from the DMS to numerous lenders with one click of the mouse. This DealerTrack integration results in more accurate and efficient handling of deal data so F&I managers can spend more time with customers.
