WEST MIDDLESEX, PA, February 18, 2009 – DMS provider AutoSoft International announced today it has begun the roll out of GM Sales Workbench integration to its General Motors dealership customers.

GM Sales Workbench integration gives GM dealers the ability to access a variety of GM sales tools, including the ability to configure and build vehicles directly through GM’s GlobalConnect portal, which replaced GM DealerConnect.

AutoSoft is one of two GM Endorsed Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS) suppliers to provide GM Sales Workbench integration at this time. AutoSoft International is the third largest DMS provider in the US market, and piloted the new applications well before other competitors.
GM Sales Workbench greatly simplifies the vehicle build and configuration process. It makes building a precise quote for the customer seamless:

• Pulls real-time GM incentive, rebate and discount card pricing from GlobalConnect
• Pulls accessories additions and their prices
• Lets dealers input trade value dollars as well as customer information
• Pushes all pricing, trade and customer information into AutoSoft’s Finance Assistant F&I module
• The dealership adds APR, terms, taxes and fees and prints a complete buyers order
